Intent to Record Lien
The Intent to Record Lien letter will be sent to the delinquent Homeowner within 24 hours of the file being forwarded to Equity Experts. The Letter indicates that the account has been sent to Equity Experts for collection, and that if the debt is not resolved within 30 days a Lien will be filed.
