Notice of Lien
The second notification letter informs the Homeowner that the Lien has been drafted and will be filed. It also states that they have been legally notified once again of their delinquency, and that the next step in the collection process will be foreclosure.
The notice of Lien includes a draft of the Lien to the Homeowner.
